Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification provides an introductory, foundational understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology. It is designed for team members who will participate in process improvement projects under the direction of a Green or Black Belt. This course focuses on the core concepts of process variation, waste reduction (Lean), and the structure of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework. Participants will learn how to speak the Lean Six Sigma language, contribute effectively to data collection, and support successful process improvement initiatives within their organization.
